B2i Automotive Engineering is an international company developing its activity on outsourced R&D market dedicated to the automotive sector.

Founded in 1988 by Michel KREPS and Patrick ALLAL, B2i has strongly grown up in the automotive field. Its mission from the origin: to help its clients, leading industrialists, car manufacturers and automotive suppliers, to design their products and to give them a support in the embedded systems engineering field.
Its activity calls upon engineering sciences as applied physics, automatics, electronics, software and mechanics… Its automotive activity is recognized and legitimate on the segments of embedded systems, simulation tool and mechanics.

In 2008, the B2i automotive and mechanic activity splits with B2i and is renamed B2i Automotive Engineering. Its objective is to strongly grow up in Europe on the embedded systems segment in order to become one of the European leaders on the automotive engineering market.

With a strong industrial vision, B2i Automotive Engineering is organized in 5 major activities: Validation, Control systems, Software and Mechanics. Its fifth activity is its own R&D, heart of the plan. This is where B2i’s engineers research and develop new methods and tools able to put forward a technological advance for the market and an original approach compared to the other players on the market.

With more than 200 automotive engineers and 3 R&D centres in France, Spain and Romania, B2i Automotive Engineering is a “pure player” on the automotive R&D sector
